My stay was quite disappointing despite some highlights. The hotel’s cleanliness was a real concern, especially in the common areas, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. On the positive side, the pool area was fun for the kids and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place unless necessary, especially given the price we paid for the quality received.

The room was dirty upon arrival, with grimy handles and dusty corners. However, the bed was comfortable, which made sleeping somewhat better.
